General Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for export finance, your business should meet the following requirements (other funding options available to those who do not):
- UK-registered limited company
- A business new to exporting with confirmed overseas orders OR at least 5% of turnover from export sales in the past 3 years, OR at least 20% of turnover in any one of the last 3 years, was derived from export sales.
- Minimum 3 years of trading history with employees and premises in the UK
- Goods manufactured in the UK or services delivered from the UK to overseas clients
- Positive cash flow and the ability to service the finance facility

The export finance solutions are designed with flexibility and growth in mind:
- Facility limits up to £500,000 can be agreed up to a maximum of 12 months
- Flexible drawdown options – funds can be accessed in one or multiple tranches
- Standalone loans – each drawdown becomes a separate loan with its own terms of up to 12 months
- Interest-only options available
- Directors or Shareholder Guarantees required
- Interest rates ranging from 1% to 2.35% per month
- Early repayment without penalty – loans can be repaid after 3 months
- No impact on existing security arrangements – can be used alongside current cash flow solutions
