We are offering British manufacturers the options of using karts or kiosks to sell Made in Britain products in over 300 malls across the USA and in Panama.
By sharing a Made in Britain kiosk with another British merchant companies can leverage the power of the British brand and reduce the cost of leasing until they have built up sales traction to have their own bespoke kiosk.
This membership category will allow manufacturers of small British made products to display their merchandise at major malls across the USA and in Panama and sell them to the public and tourists. We can help advise British merchants about which mall would be suitable for their merchandise depending on the type of the product and the type of buyers who shop in that mall.

Options Available
There are many flexible options available under a Short-Term Leasing Program.
The Short-Term Leasing Program provides an excellent opportunity to establish a business utilizing one of their centre's RMU (cart – 5 x 8) or Kiosks (10 x 10).
The first step in getting started is to fill out a Tenant Application and include any additional information which will further support the design and display of the cart or kiosk. An application must be completed and sent back to us, including any pictures, links, catalogues or documentation. Please request a copy of the application form by emailing us at: [email protected].
Due to the volume and the many variables of requests, responses will be made only to applications that are completely filled. The applicants offering products or services meeting their space availability and their Short-Term Leasing Program's needs will be contacted for further discussion. All other applications will be filed and referenced upon availability. Because of all the different unknown variables prior to any agreement, their Rates or Terms, will only be disclosed, when a proposal has been extended.
The paperwork can be done very quickly however the rates vary from location to location.
Lease terms can vary from 3-6 months, 6-12 months, 1 year plus or can be seasonal.
Applicant types can be: Sole Proprietorship, Partnership or a Corporation.
The best way for British merchants to test the market is by Local Leasing which allows a retailer to get their new or existing product in front of large numbers of consumers who are ready to buy, and to enjoy the benefits of an established retail centre without the long-term commitment of a regular lease.
Short-term leases are available for:
• Display cases - custom cases that can be used to advertise products in the common area of the mall
• A cart - a freestanding unit in one of the mall’s commons areas
• A kiosk - Your own unit or shared with other British merchants, at your own expense, to be located in one of the mall’s commons areas.

We can assist with marketing Made in Britain brands with the various malls who actively support their retailers to actively engage with shoppers.
Made in Britain events
There is the opportunity to hold Made in Britain events at these malls, e.g Made in Britain Fashion, Luxury Product or Food and Beverage Shows. Let us know if you are interested in being part of such events.
The tourist market
A targeted tourism platform that features tour group incentive programs, coupon books, dining programmes, shop-and-stay packages and more is offered at various malls across the USA.
Finding national distributors
We can assist with the introduction to national distributors through the mall network in the USA and in Panama through a Resellers’ Program.
Advertising
Advertisements can be arranged for Made in Britain Trade Centre members in trade magazines and popular publications at a small charge. The merchant will be responsible for paying for the cost of advertising of their own products.
Retailer Showcase
We can offer access to British merchants to a retail industry-leading portal that allows retailers to post offers and events which are then distributed to consumers through a variety of digital and on-mall channels.
Digital Channels
The Made in Britain online Trade Directory and mobile app will give shoppers current updates on sales, news and events, and their active social media platforms. Shoppers are contacted through e-mail, and their Mobile Shopper Club provides text alerts as well.
